Narrative:
On landing; I was instructed by ATC to turn left on the next taxiway and contact ground. I accepted the instruction and braked to slow down. My toe passed a bar overhanging the left brakes and when I tried to release the brake; my shoe became caught on the bar. The pressure from the brake kept my shoe pinned; keeping the brake depressed. With the uneven braking; the plane quickly began to skid to the left and did a complete 180 degree turn; coming to rest on the divide between the runway and the taxiway. I continued to taxi from there. No damage was done to the aircraft or anything else; and I did not go off of the runway or taxiway.

WITH THE UNEVEN BRAKING; THE PLANE QUICKLY BEGAN TO SKID TO THE L AND DID A COMPLETE 180 DEG TURN; COMING TO REST ON THE DIVIDE BTWN THE RWY AND THE TXWY. I CONTINUED TO TAXI FROM THERE. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE ACFT OR ANYTHING ELSE; AND I DID NOT GO OFF OF THE RWY OR TXWY.
