Narrative:
Vectors for landing to runway 23; then switched close in to runway 35 due to thunderstorms in area. On final had wind shift reported to tailwind and fair braking report on runway 35 making it unsuitable for landing. Changed to circle to land inside of weather to runway 23 but in too tight to make stabilized approach so went around at approximately 600 ft AGL and circled back to land on runway 05; without incident. Did not continue an approach into unstabilized conditions due to degrading WX conditions.

Title: WX CONDITIONS AT BUF REQUIRED CHANGES AND A CIRCLING APCH THAT ENDED WITH A GAR.
Narrative: VECTORS FOR LNDG TO RWY 23; THEN SWITCHED CLOSE IN TO RWY 35 DUE TO TSTMS IN AREA. ON FINAL HAD WIND SHIFT RPTED TO TAILWIND AND FAIR BRAKING REPORT ON RWY 35 MAKING IT UNSUITABLE FOR LNDG. CHANGED TO CIRCLE TO LAND INSIDE OF WEATHER TO RWY 23 BUT IN TOO TIGHT TO MAKE STABILIZED APCH SO WENT AROUND AT APPROX 600 FT AGL AND CIRCLED BACK TO LAND ON RWY 05; WITHOUT INCIDENT. DID NOT CONTINUE AN APCH INTO UNSTABILIZED CONDITIONS DUE TO DEGRADING WX CONDITIONS.
