Narrative:
We entered the parked aircraft in ZZZZ the outgoing crew. As I was loading the flight plan into the FMC I noticed the aircraft swing up and down. Suddenly the airplane pitched all the way up and I was tossed out of my seat and back into it. I realized we had the aircraft standing on its tail. I looked to the courier compartment and saw a huge mess of flying paper; lots of noises; people shouting. The captain rushed into the cockpit; asked me to declare an emergency; call the fire department and the handler. About 1 hour later we were taken out of the aircraft via the main cargo door.
