Narrative:
I was landing at ZZZ on runway xx. Runway xx is over the river. The wind was gusty. They have a displaced threshold because of the river. I was coming in short so I could make the first turnoff on runway yy to the FBO. I experienced a downdraft that pushed me into the threshold lights. I had my right wing down into the wind. The lights hit my right flap punching 2 holes in the flap and breaking off the lights. My wife and I were in the aircraft. Nobody was injured. I taxied normally to the ramp and reported the incident to the tower. The FAA came and made a report. I didn't have my logbook with me. When I got home I discovered I'm 1 yr past my biannual.
