Narrative:
On jul/mon/07; while en route at FL410 we requested FL430. About 5 mins after leveling off at FL430 the right engine flamed out. We started a descent to FL250. ATC was busy at the time; and we were unable to advise them of our situation until we were through FL410. At that time we were cleared to FL250. After going through the appropriate checklist we were able to re-light the right engine. We continued to our destination at FL250 without incident.
