Narrative:
As we approached the arrival to dfw; ATC changed our runway three times and we did not change the runway in the FMS only the approach. This gave us the incorrect final fix on the arrival. We discovered this after we passed the fix and did not turn on the rest of the arrival. As we were discovering the error ATC called and gave us a heading asking why we did not turn at stones. We were trying to fix the problem when they called but were not quick enough; due to the workload of changing approaches in the FMS; running checklists and communicating with ATC. ATC did not say any conflict occurred.
