Narrative:

Originally cleared for the north landing then switched to the south landing. Without any VASI or GS ended up low on final. Tower advised we were low and to check our altimeters. The captain added power and got back on profile and made a normal landing. Don't rush to switch runways and stay with the runway that has a GS and or VASI. Ended up low on the approach.
