Narrative:
Tower cleared me to land on runway xx. Before reaching 3 mi final completed before landing checklist to include gear down with 3 in the green. Upon landing and just before applying brakes; 3 green gear lights went off and I felt the nose gear starting to collapse. Increased throttles to full and tried to get airborne. Just as I pitched the nose up I observed the propellers striking the runway. Immediately shut down both engines and let it settle back onto the runway. Local FSDO determined this to be an incident rather than accident.
