Narrative:
Engine fire indication on #3 engine at 400 ft AGL after takeoff from runway xx at ZZZ. Declared an emergency; completed checklists; dumped fuel; and made an uneventful landing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the #3 thrust lever could not be retarded when called for by the engine fire checklist and the engine had to be shut down with takeoff thrust set. Post flight inspection revealed that a high pressure bleed duct had ruptured initiating the fire warning; melting wiring; and rendering the thrust linkage inoperative.
