Narrative:
Amass did not display 'gates' for landing aircraft (air carrier X) and did not have a tag on the aircraft. Supervisor was informed of the malfunction. Supervisor came over and watched as equipment was malfunctioning. No further actions were taken maintenance. Was not notified. No corrective actions taken.

Title: SFO CTLR DESCRIBED AMASS EVENT WHEN EQUIP FAILED TO DISPLAY ALL NORMAL INFO.
Narrative: AMASS DID NOT DISPLAY 'GATES' FOR LNDG ACFT (ACR X) AND DID NOT HAVE A TAG ON THE ACFT. SUPVR WAS INFORMED OF THE MALFUNCTION. SUPVR CAME OVER AND WATCHED AS EQUIP WAS MALFUNCTIONING. NO FURTHER ACTIONS WERE TAKEN MAINT. WAS NOT NOTIFIED. NO CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN.
