Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff; pitch feel system #2 failed. Pitch feel system #1 had been previously placarded inoperative. At this point the aircraft has no operating pitch feel system. I declared an emergency and returned to ZZZ for an uneventful smooth landing.

Title: A300-600 SUFFERS LOSS OF ELEVATOR FEEL. DECLARES EMERGENCY AND RETURNS TO DEP ARPT.
Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER TKOF; PITCH FEEL SYS #2 FAILED. PITCH FEEL SYS #1 HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY PLACARDED INOP. AT THIS POINT THE ACFT HAS NO OPERATING PITCH FEEL SYS. I DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO ZZZ FOR AN UNEVENTFUL SMOOTH LNDG.
