Narrative:
I was operating a flight from sbeg. Prior to taxi we received our IFR clearance. While taxiing to runway 10 we were given a revised clearance which included a different SID and transition fix. The original SID was the ANIP2 to anip. The new clearance was for the OBKET2 to binas. While taxiing slowly to runway 10 the first officer tried to locate the new SID. We could not locate the new SID chart; but found it in our NOTAMS. The NOTAM was confusing and we told the tower we needed additional time to understand it. Tower kept clearing us for takeoff; and I kept refusing. We were the only aircraft moving on the airport. The problem with the NOTAM is that there are so many changes; and they are all combined; so it is hard to tell which new name corresponds to the old SID. We were probably holding short of the runway about 10 mins. Once we were sure of the new SID and transition fix we departed with no additional problems. The confusing NOTAMS; the language barriers; tower's attempt to rush us into taking off made this into a potentially bad situation. Why can't the brazilians coordinate their airspace changes with the companies charting so that new plates are issued by the effective date?

Title: DC10 DEPARTING FROM SBEG IS GIVEN REVISED SID FOR WHICH ONLY A NOTAM DESCRIPTION WAS AVAILABLE. LANGUAGE BARRIERS AND DIFFICULT WRITTEN DESCRIPTION COMBINED FOR A 10 MINUTE DELAY PRIOR TO TKOF TO UNDERSTAND THE SID.
Narrative: I WAS OPERATING A FLT FROM SBEG. PRIOR TO TAXI WE RECEIVED OUR IFR CLRNC. WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 10 WE WERE GIVEN A REVISED CLRNC WHICH INCLUDED A DIFFERENT SID AND TRANSITION FIX. THE ORIGINAL SID WAS THE ANIP2 TO ANIP. THE NEW CLRNC WAS FOR THE OBKET2 TO BINAS. WHILE TAXIING SLOWLY TO RWY 10 THE FO TRIED TO LOCATE THE NEW SID. WE COULD NOT LOCATE THE NEW SID CHART; BUT FOUND IT IN OUR NOTAMS. THE NOTAM WAS CONFUSING AND WE TOLD THE TOWER WE NEEDED ADDITIONAL TIME TO UNDERSTAND IT. TOWER KEPT CLRING US FOR TAKEOFF; AND I KEPT REFUSING. WE WERE THE ONLY ACFT MOVING ON THE ARPT.
