Narrative:

I observed the C150 on a midfield downwind for runway 30 at rjd and announced my intention to take off on runway 12. I proceeded to taxi to depart. Within 5 seconds; the C150 announced he was on left base for runway 30. As I turned onto runway 12; I observed the C150 abeam the numbers; or even closer to me; still on downwind for runway 30. I announced again that I was departing on runway 12 and that I had the downwind traffic in sight. I began my takeoff and the C150 turned a very tight sweeping left base to final for runway 30. Upon takeoff; I turned 45 degrees to the right to avoid the C150.
