Narrative:
I was approaching sef from the southwest at approximately 2000 ft when the other airplane took off from runway 36. It turned onto a left crosswind and continued to climb. It proceeded to start a straight ahead stall with recovery at our altitude (2000 ft) without performing clearing turns. The location this occurred was approximately on a 45 degree angle for entry into the downwind for runway 36. We continued on our northerly heading and at this time were on their east side when they initiated a turning stall to the left. They came around 180 degrees during the recovery and descending towards us. I made a radio call and my student cut power and turned away from the other aircraft.
