Narrative:

Cruising at 17000 ft center cleared me to descend and maintain 11000 ft. As aircraft approached 11000 ft; lost all engine power. By the time power was restored aircraft had descended below 10000 ft. Called center to advise of deviation but no response. Called approach and was cleared to 3000 ft. Lost power again on final. Advised tower. Landed ok. Booster pump had been left on and flooded engine in low power settings! Lesson learned.
