Narrative:
As we were being vectored for the ILS runway 33 at fzy; VFR; approach called out traffic 5 NM to our left that was going to cross our path co-altitude. I was the PIC; but the PNF for this flight. I urged the PF to descend several times; which he finally did; but only by 300 ft. He continued the approach however. He should have descended by 500 ft to avoid the RA or broken off the approach.

Title: CL300 FLT CREW REPORTS TCAS RA WITH LIGHT ACFT DURING PRACTICE APPROACH TO FZY IN VMC. TRAFFIC WAS REPORTED BY ATC AND CL300 FLT CREW DESCENDED 300 FEET TO AVOID THE OTHER ACFT.
Narrative: AS WE WERE BEING VECTORED FOR THE ILS RWY 33 AT FZY; VFR; APCH CALLED OUT TFC 5 NM TO OUR L THAT WAS GOING TO CROSS OUR PATH CO-ALT. I WAS THE PIC; BUT THE PNF FOR THIS FLT. I URGED THE PF TO DSND SEVERAL TIMES; WHICH HE FINALLY DID; BUT ONLY BY 300 FT. HE CONTINUED THE APCH HOWEVER. HE SHOULD HAVE DSNDED BY 500 FT TO AVOID THE RA OR BROKEN OFF THE APCH.
