Narrative:
Took off from ZZZ and flew to the ZZZ VOR and then to ZZZ1 VOR and then approach and landing at ZZZ1. Noticed that boost pump panel had departed the plane on the test flight that was on the left wing lower side during the postflt walkaround. Reported this loss to the tower at ZZZ; so that they could do a runway sweep. Also reported it to the company and made a logbook write-up. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated this was the first flight for this aircraft coming out of a heavy 'C' check. All boost pump access panel appeared secured during their pre-flight walkaround.
