Narrative:
Didn't follow the runway 24 SID teb 5 departure correctly. We briefed the departure on the sic's; efb. The efb did not show the entire departure on zoom mode. We only had half the departure procedure. The departure was to 'climb runway fix to 1500 ft the right to 280 degree heading; at 4.5 DME from teb climb to 2000 ft.' we climbed runway heading to 1500 ft then did not turn at 280 degree heading and stayed on runway heading till 4.5 DME. Then before we reached the 435 DME ATC cleared us to a 310 heading and climb to 6000 ft. No other deviations were necessary. 1) problem arose from trusting the sic to read the departure correctly. 2) both pilots should have taken their own efb's out and separately look at the departure. 3) sic not paying attention to detail. 4) fatigue or distracted individuals.
