Narrative:
In position for takeoff; just as we started to roll and attain takeoff thrust we got an anti-ice master caution so we aborted. Abort speed was 20 KTS. Due to taxiway closures due to snow we had to taxi to the far end high-speeds to exit which caused a go around for someone on final. As we exited we looked on the overhead to see what anti-ice light was on and none was on nor could we recall anything. I had an idea that it was the cowl anti-ice light since it did not occur until takeoff thrust. I was unable to do a high power run-up on the taxiway due to poor braking. Since we could not ascertain exactly what we had; we taxied for takeoff again. Checked holdover times and a wing inspection. As we started next takeoff and achieved takeoff thrust we got a master caution and a cowl anti-ice overhead light and aborted at 70 KTS. Rejected takeoff never engaged. Checked brake cooling and it was in limits. Taxied back to gate.
