Narrative:
On takeoff shortly after 80 KTS throttle hold call heard confign warning horn and saw red 'flaps' annunciated on upper EICAS. Captain elected to about takeoff without incident. Airspeed approximately 100 KTS. Captain stated afterward that he had forgotten to engage thrust reversers. I did not notice this because I was looking outside and checking the ground speed to make sure the aircraft was staying on centerline and decelerating properly; which it was. The deceleration was no more than a normal landing so I felt that the abort went well. Because of the red indication of the 'flaps' annunciated and the confign horn sounding; I believe that a high speed abort was justified. After talking to maintenance it was learned that this aircraft had a previous report of a confign horn and flaps EICAS with a stall warning in flight previously. This information was not known to us prior.

Title: B757 REJECTED TKOF AFTER CONFIGURATION WARNING SOUNDED.
Narrative: ON TKOF SHORTLY AFTER 80 KTS THROTTLE HOLD CALL HEARD CONFIGN WARNING HORN AND SAW RED 'FLAPS' ANNUNCIATED ON UPPER EICAS. CAPT ELECTED TO ABOUT TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRSPD APPROX 100 KTS. CAPT STATED AFTERWARD THAT HE HAD FORGOTTEN TO ENGAGE THRUST REVERSERS. I DID NOT NOTICE THIS BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING OUTSIDE AND CHKING THE GND SPD TO MAKE SURE THE ACFT WAS STAYING ON CTRLINE AND DECELERATING PROPERLY; WHICH IT WAS. THE DECELERATION WAS NO MORE THAN A NORMAL LNDG SO I FELT THAT THE ABORT WENT WELL. BECAUSE OF THE RED INDICATION OF THE 'FLAPS' ANNUNCIATED AND THE CONFIGN HORN SOUNDING; I BELIEVE THAT A HIGH SPD ABORT WAS JUSTIFIED. AFTER TALKING TO MAINT IT WAS LEARNED THAT THIS ACFT HAD A PREVIOUS RPT OF A CONFIGN HORN AND FLAPS EICAS WITH A STALL WARNING IN FLT PREVIOUSLY. THIS INFO WAS NOT KNOWN TO US PRIOR.
