Narrative:
Landing in mia on runway 9. Reported winds 340 degrees at 12 KTS. Landed in touchdown zone; applied heavy manual braking due to wet runway and possibly tailwind. Did not feel antiskid cycling. Taxied to gate. During walkaround; discovered 2 flat tires on right main gear and hot brakes. Called crash fire rescue equipment and maintenance.
