Human performance: 1) smoke and fumes filled cabin; 2) immediately informed cockpit; 3) PA to passenger -- remain calm; return to airport; 4) flight attendant suffered smoke; fume inhalation; blurred vision; nausea. Inaction: should have used oxygen immediately!
