Narrative:
We were rushed to depart san. The amended departure procedure was overlooked on the pre departure clearance while programming the route. It was also overlooked during the briefing. A normal-paced departure briefing should always be done to avoid such a simple mistake.

Title: RUSHED TO PROGRAM FMS; A319 FLT CREW FAILS TO INPUT REVISED PORTION OF CLRNC.
Narrative: WE WERE RUSHED TO DEPART SAN. THE AMENDED DEP PROC WAS OVERLOOKED ON THE PDC WHILE PROGRAMMING THE RTE. IT WAS ALSO OVERLOOKED DURING THE BRIEFING. A NORMAL-PACED DEP BRIEFING SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE TO AVOID SUCH A SIMPLE MISTAKE.
