Narrative:
Ferry flight to ZZZ with 1 flight attendant. No passenger. Flight manual noted that pilots not responsible for securing cabin with flight attendant on board. Captain checked fom regarding ferry flts and part 91 operations and did not see any verbiage against offering flight attendant jumpseat in cockpit. She accepted. On landing; heard loud bang outside cockpit door. Galley cart had crashed into cockpit door damaging hinges and strike plates.

Title: A319 FERRY FLT LANDED WITHOUT THE GALLEY CART SECURED. DURING ROLLOUT THE CART ROLLED INTO THE COCKPIT DOOR.
Narrative: FERRY FLT TO ZZZ WITH 1 FLT ATTENDANT. NO PAX. FLT MANUAL NOTED THAT PLTS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING CABIN WITH FLT ATTENDANT ON BOARD. CAPT CHKED FOM REGARDING FERRY FLTS AND PART 91 OPS AND DID NOT SEE ANY VERBIAGE AGAINST OFFERING FLT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT IN COCKPIT. SHE ACCEPTED. ON LNDG; HEARD LOUD BANG OUTSIDE COCKPIT DOOR.
