Narrative:
Just after takeoff in ZZZ we got a 'wow input' amber cass message. Conducted QRH and continued with flight. Passing 10000 ft; flight attendant contacted me and informed me that a passenger heard that we might have had a tire blow on takeoff. I then contacted dispatch via company frequency and told them about the cass message and possible flat tire; and asked if they wanted us to return to ZZZ or to proceed to ZZZ1. I told them that I wasn't sure about the flat as we did not feel anything in cockpit aside from the cass message wow input. We were advised to proceed to ZZZ1 and maintenance would meet us there. Flight went on normally all the way till landing. Normal touchdown occurred. During rollout; we felt 'thump; thump; thump.' as we exited the runway; we lost hydraulic #1 and #2. We taxied slowly in to gate; set parking brake and shut down. Inspection of aircraft showed l-hand inboard main tire busted. Hydraulic leak from gear area and damage to wing behind main landing gear.
