Narrative:
Upon landing the 4 main wheels seized causing all 4 tires to blow out. No brakes were applies on my side and at 70 KTS the captain took control of the aircraft and stopped it on the centerline of the runway. No emergency was declared and the passenger were deplaned without incident. The tires were changed on the runway. No damage occurred to the aircraft other than the tires. Probable anti-lock failure.

Title: ATR-72 FLC WERE STRANDED ON THE RWY AFTER ALL 4 MAIN TIRES BLEW OUT DURING LNDG ROLL. ANTISKID BRAKE SYS MALFUNCTION IS SUSPECTED.
Narrative: UPON LNDG THE 4 MAIN WHEELS SEIZED CAUSING ALL 4 TIRES TO BLOW OUT. NO BRAKES WERE APPLIES ON MY SIDE AND AT 70 KTS THE CAPT TOOK CTL OF THE ACFT AND STOPPED IT ON THE CTRLINE OF THE RWY. NO EMER WAS DECLARED AND THE PAX WERE DEPLANED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE TIRES WERE CHANGED ON THE RWY. NO DAMAGE OCCURRED TO THE ACFT OTHER THAN THE TIRES. PROBABLE ANTI-LOCK FAILURE.
