Narrative:
Normal visual approach. Upon touchdown felt unusual aircraft yaw but controllable with steering. Tower notified [us] of apparent locked brakes because tires burst. Steered aircraft with no difficulty off runway; taxied to ramp and parked aircraft. Noticed all four tires flat with no visual damage to medium large transport wheels and/or brake assembly noticed. Suspect anti-skid system problem or brake hydraulic problem. Wheel assembly will be sent for overhaul; tires will be replaced and brake/antiskid system checked for operation.

Title: An IAI Astra Captain reported four flat tires on roll out after landing. Suspected anti-skid or brake malfunction.
