Narrative:
Our B767 was assigned gate X for arrival at ZZZ. This is a tow-in gate. At completion of tow-in into the gate; I was waiting with my feet on the brake pedals for the command to set the parking brake. I noticed within a very short time that the cargo doors had been opened and tried the radio and ground call horn and got no response. The jetbridge was now moving toward the airplane. I flashed the taxi light and had to call ramp to have them call someone to immediately get back on the interphone and complete the parking procedure. Until the parking brake was set; I kept my feet on the brakes; ready to stop the aircraft if there was any movement as it was a dangerous situation for the ground employees and equipment.
