Narrative:
During an oceanic flight; all 3 cockpit crew members began to smell an electrical/burning odor. Approximately 30 seconds later; mid cabin flight attendant called stating same; only more intense than in cockpit. We donned oxygen; began electrical fire/smoke checklist. After first step; when utility busses off; odor dissipated. Phone patch dispatch/maintenance control; flight attendants reported becoming ill. Coordination air turnback with ATC. Descended to FL310 and returned to ZZZ. Landed under maximum weight.
