Narrative:
Possible landing in ZZZ without a clearance from tower. Fatigue was a factor as well as distraction created by the B737-800 HUD for me; a relatively new captain. There is a remote possibility we landed without a clearance. This was brought on by some confusion on the ground when switching over; once clear of the runway; to ZZZ ground frequency. This was day 4 of a trip with an XA00 takeoff. We were both tired and a bit complacent. Low time in the airplane for me was a factor as well.

Narrative: POSSIBLE LNDG IN ZZZ WITHOUT A CLRNC FROM TWR. FATIGUE WAS A FACTOR AS WELL AS DISTR CREATED BY THE B737-800 HUD FOR ME; A RELATIVELY NEW CAPT. THERE IS A REMOTE POSSIBILITY WE LANDED WITHOUT A CLRNC. THIS WAS BROUGHT ON BY SOME CONFUSION ON THE GND WHEN SWITCHING OVER; ONCE CLR OF THE RWY; TO ZZZ GND FREQ.
