Narrative:
On departing runway 17R okc; we were given a vector heading 080 degrees. Then another heading 060 degrees to join the 075 degree radial irw. We were in a left bank when TCAS 'traffic ahead; climb; climb; climb' and I saw a TCAS target at our 1:30 O'clock position; 1 mi at -200 ft. The first officer saw aircraft pass underneath. Departure control called out small aircraft traffic our position.
