Narrative:
After arriving back to dpa; I started to taxi to the fuel pumps. I was getting and following directions from ground control. I was told to hold short of runway 33; but as I approached; the controller cleared me to cross runway 33. I started to cross when another controller came on frequency told me to hold short runway 33. I immediately stopped; with the nose of my airplane just across the hold short line. A cessna was taking off or going around on runway 33 and was climbing above the intersection. When the traffic passed; I was cleared across again and I continued to the fuel pumps.
