Narrative:
I was instructing an fpl on a new sector. I leaned over to the d-side to ensure coordination was completed regarding another aircraft. When I sat back down I heard both aircraft advise responding to TCAS RA's. What I believe caused the problem were fatigue; lack of a handoff controller; lack of supervision; and the trainee's inability to maintain awareness.
