Gate abc; XA30. While deplaning; noticed a group of men under left wing; one of which was laying on his back holding his foot. Was informed the aircraft ran over his foot as he installed the chock.

Narrative: GATE ABC; XA30. WHILE DEPLANING; NOTICED A GROUP OF MEN UNDER L WING; ONE OF WHICH WAS LAYING ON HIS BACK HOLDING HIS FOOT. WAS INFORMED THE ACFT RAN OVER HIS FOOT AS HE INSTALLED THE CHOCK.
