Narrative:

On takeoff roll at 80 KTS; the captain aborted the takeoff because his airspeed indicator read 22 KTS slower than my airspeed indicator at the 80 KT call. This was after having written up the airplane on the previous leg for the captain's airspeed reading slow in-flight and maintenance signed it off. We aborted and came to a near stop on the runway then cleared the runway after notifying tower of the abort and that the trucks would not be necessary. We then taxied normally to the gate and parked. The aircraft was written up again and we both concurred that we would not attempt another flight in this plane.
