Narrative:

Received an e-note from system chief pilot stating that if I call in sick and I am a pilot on the B737-300 or A320; that in order for me to get paid; I have to get a note from my doctor stating that I was sick. I feel that this is blatant harassment by management. I believe that this is blatant pilot pushing by management. I also feel that the company is attempting to intimidate me into flying and making it a lot harder to call in sick for legitimate reasons. The fars state that if for any reason I am not 100% airworthy to fly an airplane; I am not legally allowed to fly. Why should I have to go get a doctor's note to verify this? This is wrong and should be stopped immediately.
