Flight plan information could not be changed. Altitude and route information would not pass. Management made no effort to slow down traffic. High volume was unsafe. Management told us to deal with the situation.

Narrative: FLT PLAN INFO COULD NOT BE CHANGED. ALT AND RTE INFO WOULD NOT PASS. MGMNT MADE NO EFFORT TO SLOW DOWN TFC. HIGH VOLUME WAS UNSAFE. MGMNT TOLD US TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION.
