Narrative:
About 25 mi out of ZZZ; aircraft X got a right hydraulic quantity low indication master caution warning indication. We notified ATC and requested holding at abc intersection. We went through the procedure and did a manual gear extension. We declared an emergency and landed at ZZZ runway xxr. We stopped the aircraft on the runway. There was no fire indication. The crash fire rescue equipment personnel indicated no fire and no leaks on the runway. We then called company and told them to pin the gear and close the landing gear doors and tow the aircraft back to the gates.

Title: B717 EXPERIENCES RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE.
Narrative: ABOUT 25 MI OUT OF ZZZ; ACFT X GOT A R HYD QUANTITY LOW INDICATION MASTER CAUTION WARNING INDICATION. WE NOTIFIED ATC AND REQUESTED HOLDING AT ABC INTXN. WE WENT THROUGH THE PROC AND DID A MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND LANDED AT ZZZ RWY XXR. WE STOPPED THE ACFT ON THE RWY. THERE WAS NO FIRE INDICATION. THE CFR PERSONNEL INDICATED NO FIRE AND NO LEAKS ON THE RWY. WE THEN CALLED COMPANY AND TOLD THEM TO PIN THE GEAR AND CLOSE THE LNDG GEAR DOORS AND TOW THE ACFT BACK TO THE GATES.
