Narrative:
Fan cowl door V2500 l-hand was received from vendor with 8130 form with 32 write-ups on it. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated the A320 engine fan cowl was suppose to be an overhauled part from an outside repair vendor.

Title: MECHANIC REPORTS HIS CARRIER RECEIVED AN OVERHAULED LEFT HAND FAN COWL AND FAA 8130 FORM FOR AN A320 ENG; THAT HAD 32 WRITE-UPS LISTED FOR THE COWL.
Narrative: FAN COWL DOOR V2500 L-HAND WAS RECEIVED FROM VENDOR WITH 8130 FORM WITH 32 WRITE-UPS ON IT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: REPORTER STATED THE A320 ENGINE FAN COWL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AN OVERHAULED PART FROM AN OUTSIDE REPAIR VENDOR.
