Narrative:
We were clrd from middleton island to robby intersection on B453 at FL370. At all times we were on course, within our estimated times and at FL370. While descending for a landing at oak, oak center asked us to call them when we were on the ground. When we did, they informed us that the pilot of air carrier Y had reported a near miss of 3/4 mi at FL370 in the vicinity of sedar intersection. We checked our time over robby intersection and by estimating back we determined that we were abeam sedar intersection at FL370 at the time of the near miss. We never saw or felt the other aircraft. ATC would not reveal any other information it is hard to speculate on any possible causes of this incident. Cbc conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter was copilot and after landing the call to ZOA was by PIC. Air carrier Y was inbound to seattle/vancouver area on crossing course. Reporter has heard nothing further reference the incident. PIC had said he was not going to pursue it other than a report to his company chief pilot. Flight crew of X did not see air carrier Y.

Title: LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION BETWEEN 2 ACR ACFT. OPERATIONAL ERROR.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRD FROM MIDDLETON ISLAND TO ROBBY INTXN ON B453 AT FL370. AT ALL TIMES WE WERE ON COURSE, WITHIN OUR ESTIMATED TIMES AND AT FL370. WHILE DSNDING FOR A LNDG AT OAK, OAK CENTER ASKED US TO CALL THEM WHEN WE WERE ON THE GND. WHEN WE DID, THEY INFORMED US THAT THE PLT OF ACR Y HAD RPTED A NEAR MISS OF 3/4 MI AT FL370 IN THE VICINITY OF SEDAR INTXN. WE CHKED OUR TIME OVER ROBBY INTXN AND BY ESTIMATING BACK WE DETERMINED THAT WE WERE ABEAM SEDAR INTXN AT FL370 AT THE TIME OF THE NEAR MISS. WE NEVER SAW OR FELT THE OTHER ACFT. ATC WOULD NOT REVEAL ANY OTHER INFO IT IS HARD TO SPECULATE ON ANY POSSIBLE CAUSES OF THIS INCIDENT. CBC CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: REPORTER WAS COPLT AND AFTER LNDG THE CALL TO ZOA WAS BY PIC. ACR Y WAS INBND TO SEATTLE/VANCOUVER AREA ON XING COURSE. REPORTER HAS HEARD NOTHING FURTHER REF THE INCIDENT. PIC HAD SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO PURSUE IT OTHER THAN A RPT TO HIS COMPANY CHIEF PLT. FLT CREW OF X DID NOT SEE ACR Y.
