Narrative:
Cruising at FL340; the air flow to both packs reduced to zero. Cabin altitude was climbing. Asked center for an immediate descent to 10000 ft. When told to stand by for lower; we declared an emergency; informed ATC that we were descending; and descended immediately to 10000 ft. At conclusion of descent; we were about 100 mi from ZZZ which was our destination; so we proceeded to our destination and landed uneventfully.
