Narrative:
In from a local routine flight; taxiing in from landing. The plane lost hydraulic pressure on the taxiway. Without hydraulic pressure there are no brakes in which to steer the plane. The plane angled off the taxiway onto the grass. No damage to the plane or structures. The plane was then towed to the hangar.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: After landing; an antique fighter lost hydraulic pressure causing a brake failure. Aircraft steering is with brakes so subsequently with no steering the aircraft exited the taxiway.
