Narrative:
As we were being directed into the spot at the bottom of the alley just prior to crossing the road; a fuel truck passed the posted road guards and crossed in front of us. The director gave us an emergency stop; we complied. The fuel truck continued north. The fuel driver must have seen the road guard. He just went around. I do not know what the problem was. The truck did not appear to be going too fast to stop. We had just started moving when the event occurred. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that this event occurred at atl.
