Narrative:
Master caution light came on with no other indications. A few seconds later the left CSD oil pressure low light flickered very weakly and left a/C generator failed. A/C cross-tie failed. Disconnected CSD. APU would not start until just before landing. Requested priority handling by ATC because we were down to one a/C generator. Landed at buf without any problems.

Title: ACR MLG GENERATOR FAILURE AT CRUISE ALT. AIR CONDITIONER BUS TIE WOULD NOT CLOSE AND APU COULD NOT BE STARTED UNTIL JUST BEFORE LNDG AT DESTINATION ARPT.
Narrative: MASTER CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON WITH NO OTHER INDICATIONS. A FEW SECONDS LATER THE LEFT CSD OIL PRESSURE LOW LIGHT FLICKERED VERY WEAKLY AND LEFT A/C GENERATOR FAILED. A/C CROSS-TIE FAILED. DISCONNECTED CSD. APU WOULD NOT START UNTIL JUST BEFORE LNDG. REQUESTED PRIORITY HANDLING BY ATC BECAUSE WE WERE DOWN TO ONE A/C GENERATOR. LANDED AT BUF WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
