Narrative:
Sfo tower clrd an light transport to take off on 010L and air carrier X large transport to take off concurrently on 010R. Air carrier Y was directed to climb out straight ahead. Immediately after takeoff air carrier Y closed on us. Aircraft was observed to turn to 030 degrees. We turned to 030 degrees to avoid him. Tower clrd us to departure 120.9. Departure gave us an immediate turn to 050 degrees. All events occurred between ground and 500'. Positive sep definitely required maneuvering by us, air carrier X. Tower made no attempt to separate aircraft before handing us over to departure. Supplemental information from acn 82369: both air carrier X and I, an light transport, were awaiting clearance for takeoff while we were holding on the '1's' at sfo, he on the right and me on the left. It was a simultaneous takeoff. Right as were issued clearance for takeoff, we were also given instructions to maintain runway heading which we promptly acknowledged. On departure we were asked to verify our heading and my first officer correctly reported '010 degrees.' apparently the air carrier X felt we were heading towards him. I was told to call a phone number as we were handed off to bay approach and upon landing I talked with the sfo tower supervisor who indicated that it appeared we were drifting/turning towards the air carrier X large transport. I told him that I was complying with the instructions and my first officer reported the other jet in sight and no factor. Later we determined that my HSI was off 5-10 degrees, the airplane was grounded until a ferry permit could be secured for return to fresno. Contributing factors might also be crew inexperience. I have less than 100 hours as a captain and it was the first officer's first day on the line.

Title: 2 ACFT TAKE OFF SIMULTANEOUSLY ON PARALLEL RWYS AND BOTH ARE TOLD TO MAINTAIN RWY HEADING. ONE TURNS TOWARD THE OTHER CAUSING AN NMAC.
Narrative: SFO TWR CLRD AN LTT TO TAKE OFF ON 010L AND ACR X LGT TO TAKE OFF CONCURRENTLY ON 010R. ACR Y WAS DIRECTED TO CLB OUT STRAIGHT AHEAD. IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF ACR Y CLOSED ON US. ACFT WAS OBSERVED TO TURN TO 030 DEGS. WE TURNED TO 030 DEGS TO AVOID HIM. TWR CLRD US TO DEP 120.9. DEP GAVE US AN IMMEDIATE TURN TO 050 DEGS. ALL EVENTS OCCURRED BTWN GND AND 500'. POSITIVE SEP DEFINITELY REQUIRED MANEUVERING BY US, ACR X. TWR MADE NO ATTEMPT TO SEPARATE ACFT BEFORE HANDING US OVER TO DEP. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 82369: BOTH ACR X AND I, AN LTT, WERE AWAITING CLRNC FOR TKOF WHILE WE WERE HOLDING ON THE '1'S' AT SFO, HE ON THE RIGHT AND ME ON THE LEFT. IT WAS A SIMULTANEOUS TKOF. RIGHT AS WERE ISSUED CLRNC FOR TKOF, WE WERE ALSO GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO MAINTAIN RWY HDG WHICH WE PROMPTLY ACKNOWLEDGED. ON DEP WE WERE ASKED TO VERIFY OUR HDG AND MY F/O CORRECTLY RPTED '010 DEGS.' APPARENTLY THE ACR X FELT WE WERE HDG TOWARDS HIM. I WAS TOLD TO CALL A PHONE NUMBER AS WE WERE HANDED OFF TO BAY APCH AND UPON LNDG I TALKED WITH THE SFO TWR SUPVR WHO INDICATED THAT IT APPEARED WE WERE DRIFTING/TURNING TOWARDS THE ACR X LGT. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS COMPLYING WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND MY F/O RPTED THE OTHER JET IN SIGHT AND NO FACTOR. LATER WE DETERMINED THAT MY HSI WAS OFF 5-10 DEGS, THE AIRPLANE WAS GNDED UNTIL A FERRY PERMIT COULD BE SECURED FOR RETURN TO FRESNO. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS MIGHT ALSO BE CREW INEXPERIENCE. I HAVE LESS THAN 100 HRS AS A CAPT AND IT WAS THE F/O'S FIRST DAY ON THE LINE.
