Narrative:
On descent the outboard inspection door on the right engine blew off and struck the tail causing skin damage. The flight proceeded with no flight problems and landed successfully with no injuries to the crew or passenger. The damage appears to be a structural failure of the latch pins that held the door in place. This incident occurred 43 minutes into the flight.
