Narrative:
Lots of VFR traffic. Active runway 32. Captain upgrade in left seat. Instructor (myself). Student flew ILS 32 approach with circle-to-land runway 20. Clrd to land by tower. On left base I noted aircraft Y taxiing southeast on 14-32 taxiway was told to hold short. We touched down on 20 as tower voice tensely told Y on taxiway to hold short. It didn't look like he'd slow down as we're on rollout. Tower ordered us to go around. I assumed control of our aircraft, flew over Y. Tower apologetic. Heads up eyes outside folks!
