On takeoff from cle runway 6R; just after rotation; witnessed a bird pass from right to left close to the aircraft. All engine and aircraft systems continued to operate normally. During climb; aircraft developed a slight vibration. All engine and aircraft systems continued to operate normally. Uneventful landing. Upon postflight; found #1 engine had damage.
