Narrative:
Climbing out of 11;000 ft; we had a cabin altitude high EICAS message. We donned our oxygen masks and ran the appropriate checklists. We descended below 10;000 ft and landed in ZZZ. Maintenance could not find a problem and did a pressurization check on the ground. We refueled and took off again only to experience the same problem. We returned to ZZZ and canceled the flight. The flight was then maintenance ferried to ZZZ1.
