Fai controller expressed concern that runway identification markings and signage have not been changed due to a recent mag-bar test.

Narrative:
Last week fai did a partial mag-bar change. The air carrier runway did not change; but the other 3 surfaces changed from 19 to 20; giving landing surfaces of 19R without a 19L and 20L without a 20R; and so on. This non-standard operation will continue until this fall. The runway signage and runway paint has yet to reflect the change for the 3 affected surfaces. I am told that it will be another week before the signage and paint is changed.
